Resources Department
The Human Resources Department is
responsible for the recruiting, training and
policy development and procedures pertaining
to personnel. In addition, this department
manages the city’s compensation and benefit
plans, maintains positive employee relations
and monitors policies and procedures to
ensure compliance with federal and state
regulations. The department is also
responsible for risk management and worker’s
compensation for the City.

effectiveness and capability to provide
excellent customer service (internal and
external) by:
