The Tomball Fire Marshal's Office responds
to complaints of fire code violations,
illegally parked vehicles and other
hazardous conditions related to public
safety. These complaints can result in
verbal or written warnings, written
citations or other actions allowed by local
or state law.
To submit a complaint*:

after hours. Email your complaint to
firecode@ci.tomball.tx.us
*Please be sure to include the address or name of business,
type of problem, time of problem, and if you made contact with
the business.
*YOU CAN REMAIN ANONYMOUS! If you have received a parking
citation, you can contact the Municipal Court @ 281-351-7894
